Brief de Design Wordpress

The website www.aerospacehv.com exists but needs further development. With the exception of a small number of pages, the website is populated with the majority of content it requires. I would like a designer to review the design of the website and propose an enhanced design paying particular consideration to the following:

-Setting an appropriate colour scheme that matches with the company logo
-Ensuring the company logo is displayed appropriately on the website
-Making any other appropriate adjustments (through the selection of another theme / the customisation of the existing template) that improve the experience of the user on the website

An XML export file from the existing website is attached.
