You can use the colours you wish, although am not looking for a to out there bright and colourful shirt, the basics mentioned is enough but you can add more

Do you plan on screen printing or dye-sublimating your t-shirt?

Screen printers can only use EPS or AI files to print shirts. I will need an AI or EPS vector file of your logo so I can create the design in a useable format.
