Brief de Web Design

I require a Wordpress website so that I can do simple edits myself. I want it to be a fairly simple design as the videos and the text will speak for themselves.
The concept is simple, we have developed a revolutionary roulette system that proves the game is NOT random. This breakthrough is absolutely massive. We are offering a 12-part training course to take a beginner to a professional at their own pace through watching videos made by our roulette genius.
Roulette and casinos have a glitzy feel about them and this should be reflected in the style of the site. The roulette wheel, table and chips are very evocative and pictures of these would be good.
There is a home page and 5 other pages containing sub-pages. These should be interlinked and it must be easy to get back to the home page from anywhere on the site.
Paypal links should appear at the bottom of each page.
I really need the site in a hurry as we were let down badly by the last developer we hired who went on holiday and left us in the lurch.
