Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a natural, for my property. This logo will be used as a sign at the property the project name is The District Mutiara ( Pearl )
it was a Commercial & Housing
and potentially on brochure n everything. Color can be incorporated, but I would like to see a monochromatic version as well. The colors used should be white tones, mostly silver. Some other information about the project: it is located on view Lake, so that could be somehow referenced if you have an interesting idea, not a necessity, but it could be cool.
