dear sir first design was copied thats a variation for you that if you will be agre from this type logo i was just asking after i will do all thing changes i am agree but now i had changes this and full and hard working on it .

sir ! support has been contact me they said that you are not satisfied from my work and unable to accept this design because thats a copy logo that now depend on you. Are you agree or not from my harworking because my first logo was just variation i want to see that you are looking this type logo or something after your feed back i do work properly .

I understand what you are saying but I am not sure we are ok to use this logo because it is near the same of the original. If they say I will get problem from the designer if I use this logo then it is no good for me to use it. If they say I will not have a problem if I use it then it will be ok. Let me speak to them and ask them. The logo is no good for me if I can't use it ...
