Brief de Web Design

Currently have a custom built system that we hire and use as our employee database and employee portal for everyone in our company. The software has evolved dramatically and needs to be completely user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Attached are a few ideas and pages we already have. Please make 5 designs for the 5 different pages below. Would need all specifications of content used, color code, font/typography, icons used, etc. We can pretty much pull any information from anywhere we have for example, employee photo, address, DOB, Hire date, Title, ETC.

-Company Staff/Admin Welcome Page
- We want quick shortcuts/buttons or icons for staff functions, such as terminate, hire, information change, reports, etc
