Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new Christian Youth Group called "X-Change". The group is for 10-12 year olds but the logo can't feel 'kid-like' it should err on the side of appealing to teenagers.

The group has a Christian focus and the logo could (but doesn't have to) reflect that. One idea was possibly to have a 'Jesus' figure carrying a cross over his shoulder, which would be the "X" in "X-Change".

A flat 2D logo is key, but if the same 2D design can also be in 3D that would be even better.
