Brief de Design de Logo

Need new logo for real estate company. Would like to use image of "deer with antlers looking back over it's body while in full stride." Looking for a logo that uses sharp contrast for recognition in great distances since logo will be on a real estate sign. Would like to see designs with inverse where deer is in white with a surrounding color like the NBA (National Basketball Association) logo. Deer could even extend beyond colored area to make the outline of the deer more pronounced. Open to color selections, although antlers of deer are preferred to be presented in a non-metallic gold color, although other presentations will be considered. Font needs to be modern, want entire logo to look updated. Final logo needs to be able to look good on a real estate sign or for embroidered shirts.
