Brief de Web Design

We are building an online trading school (trading of shares, commodities, indices, currencies). The purpose is to teach online traders how to trade successfully. We need to design the homepage of the website and logo (tradexcite.com will be the domain). The homepage will contain the following elements

- logo
- Sign in and Register links/buttons
- upper menu
- short introduction
- a couple of bullet points 'Why to join our school?'
- sign up form
- text
- bottom menu

Attached is a draft for the designer. The draft is just for an inspiration, the actual structure of the website can be different if the designer thinks so.

The designer is free to choose colors.
