Brief de Design de Logo

My business is a start up - it will focus on providing (consultancy) support to ageing people (and their families) looking/needing to transition into Residential aged care - which can be an arduous process.
I want the logo to tell the story of professionalism, care, reliability, affordable, and empathy. It is effectively a concierge service for people looking to transition into residential aged care. The business is based in Melbourne Australia and is for people living in Melbourne. it could be emes care with a graphic for example, or EmEs Care of Em Es Care.
It must be warm and the colours inviting. It will be used on my website, social media, business cards and stationery etc. I want it to make an impression.
It will also need a bi-line under the logo - something to the effect of "providing excellent outcomes at affordable prices' or 'professional, reliable, affordable'
