Brief de Design de Papeterie
As the first stage of implementing a new corporate identity we need a logo, letterhead and business card design.
The Owners Corporation Network of Australia Inc (OCN) is a non-profit, volunteer-run association representing owners of strata-titled residential developments. We provide education, information and lobbying to improve the management of apartment complexes and the lives of those living in them. We’re all about “owners helping owners”. More information on our organisation can be seen at www.ocn.org.au.
The logo will be used on our own stationery and promotional materials. It will also be provided to our sponsors for use on their collateral – as such it needs to be of a ‘standard’ size so it can be easily used in a wide of materials.
Once we have chosen the new logo and corresponding design concept we will open a new contest for a complementary layout design for our website.

Thank you to everyone who submitted designs for us. There were many really great concepts, and we appreciate the effort that everyone went to - but as you know we can only choose one.
