What kind of meat? Steaks? Hamburger? Roast Beef? It might be a good idea to show a plated cooked serving suggestion. It''s a nice thing to do for an upscale product.

What about government info that may have to be included like UPC, inspected stickers, etc.

The meat is premium quality so I think it is best to stick with steaks or sausages if you are going to use a photo of meat. No need to worry about the government info as we have this covered with another label.
