Brief de Design de Logo

Our real estate team is strictly representing residential buyers and sellers. Logo can hopefully represent real estate in some way. I mention it below, but would be open to some type of a seal or symbol. Colors to use can be red, grey, black and white. Key words s to describe us would be honest, dedicated/committed, trustworthy. Like the idea of an emblem logo as long as it doesn't look too busy, but will be open to any designs ideas selected below.

Doit avoir

• "The Seitz team"needs to be the focal point of the design. If using letters in artwork I would focus on just the "S" or at least that make focal point in graphic

Bien d'avoir

• Colors selected aren't all necessary to use. Red is a necessity, but black, white, and any shade of grey can be used. I would be open to some type of a seal or logo that could implement the characteristics describing us in the project description above.
