Brief de Design de Logo

Logo needed for a VIP Tech Support and Device Repair company about to open its first retail store-front in Woodstock, Georgia, USA. The company is called "Big Blue Z".

Located in an affluent residential area (and soon expanding to other locations), our staff provides technical support services on computers and other tech devices either in our store, at the clients' locations', or via remote connect.

The focal point of the design should be the large letter "Z", which should be both Big and Blue. Perhaps the Z could be in front of some other distinctive shape or background object. We want our branding efforts to ultimately lead to the general public recognizing our logo at a glance on our service vehicles, our store-fronts, our shirts, etc., so that when someone see's the Big Blue Z they instantly know that it is our tech support business.

We want to convey friendly confidence, stability, expertise, professionalism, and knowledge.

Computer and Technology users who live and/or work in affluent residential suburban areas. They value convenience, quality, and personalized customer service and are willing to pay a bit more to get those things. They typically own a large single-family home and have school aged children. Many work from home and rely on their technology to perform their jobs. Many are parents who manage the household and whose kids use technology for schoolwork and fun. Some are retired and use technology to stay in touch with friends and family who live elsewhere.
