Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our our awesome b2b direct marketing agency. The design, should be awesome and instantly make people think we are a cool direct marketing agency. We deal in outbound telephone, email marketing, strategy & much more. I want some uber modern and clean. I'm really not sure what i'm looking for however, that said. I've enclosed our currently logo, which I really don't like. It just doesn't feel strong enough in my opinion .

UPDATE: I now know, I'm looking for a font that's welcoming and friendly and same for the colors. Again, happy to take your lead but don't think blue and black works.
