Brief de Design de Logo

I just started a new company named Phoenix Homes Rising. The company is going to purchase older run down homes in Phoenix, Arizona and remodel them and then resell them.

I was born in Phoenix and have lived here my entire life. It is important for me to convey to both of our target audiences (the people we buy from and the people we sell to) that I am not just an investor looking to make a quick buck. Instead, as a longtime member of the community I am passionate about revitalizing older neighborhoods in the Phoenix area and provide a great home in a great neighborhood to support a family and our community.

We also chose the name Phoenix Homes Rising because of the tie in with a Phoenix bird rising from the ashes which is symbolic of what happens with the homes we purchase and remodel.
