Brief de Design de Brochure

I am setting up a small business that will focus on advanced care planning (ie documenting your wishes should you become ill, choosing someone to make decisions for you if you can't speak for yourself, etc). I am a physician and wish to convey the benefits of getting this info from a medical source with solid training and experience. People are often reluctant to engage in these discussions and need reassurance it can be a great relief and provide peace of mind to both the client and their family. We will help facilitate the discussion and document wishes and convey these to their physicians etc. We will also offer cloud based storage/access to their information.
