Brief de Design de Logo

I will be acting as a construction manager for Industrial, commercial, residential and institutional projects. Anything from large to small scale, building additions, restoration, new construction, repairs or alterations. This could include factories,
schools, hospitals, retail stores, municipal buildings etc. A diverse and wide range per my almost 30 years of experience ( may be good point to note).

Design a logo for a company involved in construction project management in the target markets below. Should be very modern and simplistic looking, yet elegant. Much more mature and serious than playful.

I would like to keep it simple.

As far as colours are concerned, reds and or greys maybe, but no real preference as I prefer not to limit the creative side of whoever is working on it. Once again I do not want to limit choice by creating parameters.

Like the use of simplictic and very unique symbol combined with name. See picture below for example.
