Brief de Web Design

Help!

We have started designing and building a Web site to promote and sell training services to HR managers. But we are not very good designers. In fact, we stink.

We have a logo.

We have most of the content (more or less) and the site architecture. But we have put together a pretty lousy look and feel.

What we'd like is a Web 3.0 type design - clean, simple, modern looking. Some sites we admire:

We have access to stock photography, some of which we've used on the site we've built so far. You can use those and others. But keep it simple.
