Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Seattle called "Latchel". We develop online software and apps for property management companies. Our initial product handles maintenance operations and communication for property managers. We take care of coordination, scheduling and billing on their behalf. We're going to be developing more products that simplify their operations so they can save money and focus on growth. The design should communicate simplicity, growth, and reliability. We want our customers to associate us with their business growing more easily. Be creative with your symbolism!
