Brief de Design de Logo

We have a pre school that we started for the poorest kids in Nicaragua (alasdedios.org) and we would like to start selling the coffee we have started growing on the land to support this preschool. Our school is a 501 c (3), but our coffee will be for profit and the logo is for - Just Cause Coffee - (justcausecoffee.com) with the proceeds going to support the school. We have 42 kids aged 4 to 6 years of age getting an education and free meals where they would not be able to afford to go to school or even have the money to eat. Some of them live in the trash dump or in plastic and bamboo homes along the road as they are very poor.
Our coffee will be called Just Cause Coffee. We not only grow our coffee, but we will start to import it to sell. We also bought a roaster so that we can sell our coffee to restaurants and the consumer directly. We were thinking of a tag line Great Coffee: Just Cause OR Justice in every cup OR something along those lines, but we are not sure.
