Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my website that will be a video hosting platform showing strictly Caribbean content. Interviews with Caribbean celebs, music videos, etc. "Riddim" is the Caribbean Patois pronunciation of the word "Rhythm". As such I would like a logo that is:
1. Modern and sleek, with a nice use of bright colors without it being too "cartoon-like".
2. I would like there to be an icon as well as the company logo text
3. Riddim and TV in two separate colors (modern sleek font)
4.The ".com" to be smaller and understated (either at the bottom, or smaller grey font, or something.)
5. Must look clean and awesome. White background.

I have attached a couple logos that I browsed and kinda liked, just as a reference point. For the Acklins Island logo, what I liked about that was the circles coming out of the left side..I had a thought about a logo similar, with some of the Caribbean islands coming out of the side like that. So just some reference points, but I also encourage folks to be creative, original and awesome!

To the extent I am satisfied, I would also want to set up a long term relationship with the winner, to do all my other graphic design work for the website banners and social media.
