Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new non-profit working with children being rescued out of exploitation around the world. Our colors are navy, white and shades of gray. We're interested in a clean and simple design. Our tagline to go along with our logo will say "so that they may be called oaks of righteousness". We were thinking something to do with an oak tree or leaf, but we don't want it to look so "common". We want something different, creative, abstract, and appealing to the eye!
