Brief de Design de Logo

We need an updated logo design for Spectrum, a mixed-use luxury apartment and retail development in Maryland. We provide an upscale way of life that is still relaxed and casual. Our fountain park with splash pad is the heart of the community where everyone gets together (please see attached image). The fountain shoots inward so it could be integrated as the "m" in "Spectrum" or as an element to the side or underneath. Font used should be in the color of PMS Cool Gray #10 (CMYK0,2,0,60; RGB 128,127,131) against a white background and should be in Schneidler font. The following corporate color palate can be incorporated within the logo: PMS 315 (Teal), PMS 652 (Blue), PMS 578 (Mint Green), PMS 7412 (Orange).
