Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a positive logo. The name is unique like the concept: LionZest, 1 video 1 message. I ask business people & ordinary people with my phone camera to give me their life tips (or business tips). It is fast & authentic. I would like it one day to be a community of people who help each other, where you can find mentors. For now, I am starting with a Youtube Channel, a Web site & Social Networks. The business tips videos will be on Linkedin, this logo will be shown at the end of the video. I need a memorable logo. One who is as attractive on paper as on a t-shirt. It will play a big role to attract sponsors & viewers. My main market is mostly women 35 years old & older. Orange is my main color ( I like happy colors). I like the idea of a lion's head looking straight at us, he is wise, strong & protective. His mouth is closed. For the zest part, surprise me! This logo needs to be flexible so I can play with it like Google plays with its logo, for special holidays. I already have a professional video company you can check it out on the web www.upnetwork.ca but LionZest is really another concept. All the participants are looking straight at the camera. That is why I would like the Lion to look straight at us. LionZest's objective is to give wise words & courage, I need a logo that has that positive feeling.
