I need a catchy yard sign to attract people whom drive by to go to the website www.houseandhomevalues.com to get a free no obligation value of their home. I like to use the location icon as part of the design. The design must be in both spanish and english top and bottom split design. I have attached the template format that the printing company needs me to use. I also need it in eps format.
