Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a Triathlon coaching site.

The name of the company is "Phoenix Triathlon"

Please incorporate the company name with an image that combines an athlete and a "phoenix" bird. See uploaded files as an example. I'm open to your creative spin, but perhaps part athlete part phoenix bird would be good. The idea is that the athlete is rising like a phoenix.

The logo should use blue/black colors and fit in seamlessly with this website template:

I also need a 2nd version with just the "icon" with no text so I can use it for a social media icon.
