Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new production company. As a group we have been involved in television production for 20 years, this new company is a collaboration for a tv project.

Specifications
We want a ¾ portrait (head & shoulders) graphic logo of a bearded man. It needs to be monochromatic with a transparent background and editable so the colour can changed to suit individual applications. The man should be facing towards the viewer's right.

Style
We are hoping that we are around longer than a few years so we would like the logo to be not too contemporary. It needs to have a bold look about it (the Zig Zag man is a good example).
