checking to see if any of my designs were close to what you were looking for?

Your original design is decent for a non-designer, but the original font is really bad and the radio tower is as generic as it gets for a communications company. You should probably be considering types of designs, and I definitely wouldn't constrain entries to using that font.

The entrants to this contest want to win, so they won't be as rude as me, but it had to be said.

I had help on the original, and the font is a modded Adobe, Phuture. If you look at another "comms" company commander.com, they have a similar squared font. I wanted something similar, but not the same. As I said in my original post, either mod my design for the better, or open my eyes with something that stands out and grabs my attention. I have either had designs that are what I consider to be "generic", or they have barely modded the original. If I knew exactly what I wanted in the design I would'nt be here asking for designs. Constructive criticism is not considered rude. :)
