I have submitted 3 variations - I thought the stacked option would help to solve your re-sizing problems. Any feedback would be welcome so that I can provide changes or other options.

Thank you for the quick submission.  I think comparing sub 1 to sub 3, we have decided to go without the tagline here-on-out.

Stacked is a great idea, but I wasn''t in love with you stacked design.  I wish I could give you more critical feedback, but I am not sure what direction would be best.
