Brief de Print Design

We are a Recovery Audit Firm (Accounting-Related) that works exclusively with large hospital systems around the country. At the end of an Audit project, we present clients with a Final Report which summarizes the issues we discovered and recommendations for the client going forward. The templates we've used in the past are pretty generic and boring. We would like a Final Report template that is much more visually appealing and professional looking. We would like to maintain use of the company logo, and be able to edit this template in the future using a Microsoft product (ie Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, etc.). Other than that it is free to creative license.

• The design must have 3-4 related but unique pages using language from the attached prior used template. The design must also include a much more visually appealing, customizable pie & bar chart, as well as table(s) to be edited for future reports.
  
  Note: The precise numbers in the charts don't need to match anything in the attached report, just a customizable template is good.
