Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new specialty chocolate business. I make healthier treats like truffles, chocolate bars and drinking chocolate. Coconut milk in place of heavy cream, organic sugars/honey/sugar alternatives in place of standard sugar... All ingredients are organic, and locally sourced when available. We are a small company with goals of growing. I want a logo that will fit with the "specialty market", but something that can also translate well to a bigger audience. I like vintage, old style design, but clean and simple-ish too.
