Brief de Design Wordpress

I I need a website to promote myself as a speaker to corporations and meeting planners. Some examples of similar sites I like are:

I like modern, minimalistic, innovative. I'm okay if it's edgy but still want it communicate professionalism.

The primary objective is to position me as an expert who can deliver valuable information in an entertaining manner.

There are two calls to action. The first is to capture name and email address to subscribe to my newsletter. The second is to request more information about booking me to speak for their company, organization, etc.

The pages on the website will ultimately be the following:

1. Home (should include sections for recent blog posts, featured topics/presentations, short bio, testimonials, email capture, and anything else you think should be added.

Please feel free to use your creativity. I don't want my requirements to limit you in any way. I'm just looking for a modern, professional site that will make me stand out from the crowd.

I don't have any existing site or brand identity. My plan is to have the website design I ultimately choose serve as the foundation for the rest of my brand identity.
