Brief de Design de T-shirt

Howth (rhymes with 'both') is a major fishing port, located just north of Dublin city, Ireland. It is also a major suburb of the capital.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howth

The town has its roots in Viking, Norse and medieval history. It has evolved into a significant tourist attraction. Vibrant restaurants operate next to the busy harbour, while the working harbour itself is a big attraction for visitors to the town.

I’m looking for a clean, crisp t-shirt design, which could incorporate elements of Howth's past, as well as its present.

Given its nautical character, it’s likely that this element will feature. However, that representation could take the form of landmarks in Howth, such as its harbour lighthouse, the harbour itself, and a number of other potential elements in order to convey its relationship with the sea.

I’m including below a number of interesting facts, ideas and figures that could be of use in the design process.

Ideally, I’m looking for a design that will use a maximum of two colours in order to keep printing costs low. The design would have to capable of being printed on t-shirts of varying colours, such as black, white, navy and dark green.

The design will be on the front of the t-shirt. The design also must be easily scalable in order to fit different t-shirt sizes.

Elements which I think must be incorporated (If you think that using all may interfere too much with what could be a great design, then I am open to that, but endeavour to retain all three):

The name ‘Howth’ (without the inverted commas, of course), must be visible.

‘Ireland’ should also be incorporated.

Also, the translation of Howth into Irish Gaelic, should also be incorporated. This is ‘Binn Éadair’ (again, without inverted commas. For the avoidance of doubt, the ‘E’ in Eadair has an acute accent above it).

Elements (in no particular order) which I think could be incorporated:

• Invaded 819AD (Howth was reputedly invaded by Vikings in 819AD). Could also be used to as Est. 819AD.

• Hovda (The name Howth is thought to derive from ‘Hovda’, Scandinavian for rocks).

• Irish poet WB Yeats, a Nobel laureate, briefly lived in Howth, on Balscadden Road. He was born in 1865. He died in 1939.

• “There are no strangers here; just friends you haven’t yet met.” – WB Yeats.

• 53˚23’N 06˚04'W (This is the position of the lighthouse in the harbour – could be used to signify both that, and the general position of Howth).

• Howth Harbour Lighthouse (not to be confused with the Baily Lighthouse, also in Howth) – built in 1817. Height 10m. Range of white light = 12nm (nautical miles). Range of red light = 9nm.

• Ireland’s Eye. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ireland%27s_Eye

• Captain William Bligh. He surveyed Dublin Bay in 1800. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Bligh

• Martello Tower – one in Howth and on Ireland’s Eye. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martello_tower

• Asgard 1914. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howth_gun-running

• Almeric – First Lord of Howth – 1177AD

• Howth Castle – 1235AD http://howthcastle.com/

• King Sitric - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigtrygg_Silkbeard

• Howth – Viking Heart
