Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a real estate investment company in Seattle, Washington called 'headerbricks'. We purchase distressed homes, renovate, and rent the homes. Our goal is to enrich communities by revitalizing neglected properties.

Our founder comes from a tech background and runs the company as such: high-energy, fast-paced, and a place people actually want to spend their time. Many real estate companies have boring names and boring logos, we do not want that for our company. We want our customers to see our name and logo and be pleasantly surprised that we are a real estate company.

The name of the company is derived from header bricks, which are bricks in structural brick walls. They can be distinguished because they are placed such that the short side of the brick is exposed. We would like the logo to use brick in some way.

We have uploaded a logo that we like from a company called 'databricks'. The colors work well and the simple design is very appealing.

We have also uploaded a logo that a previous designer submitted that we want to replace.
