Logo design needed for progressive real estate design-build, project management and consulting company. Swerdloff Properties Inc. specializes in complicated construction design, architecture and upscale building projects in the residential market place. In the future the business may move into a commercial direction that should be considered with the logo design. Logo should be contemporary, clean and distinctive not like many real estate companies showing a picture of a house. Colors desired are blues and grays but we are open-minded to color combination ideas from the designer.
