Brief de Design de Logo

We run a beekeeping business called BeeManiacs and obtained a logo from DesignCrowd before (attached BeeManiacs logo sample file).
We just created a sister (independent) company for making mead (honey wine) and need a new logo for this meadery. The name of the meadery is Beekeeper's Meadery. The logo should be graphic (no text).
We recommend looking at BeeManiacs logo as reference. Beekeeper's Meadery is an independent company but we'd like to keep a similar feeling to the new logo.
The mead will be made by beekeepers that also make the honey.
The meads will be for higher end customers (because mead is more expensive to make than wine) and since mead is an ancient drink, an older logo style could fit. We have young people running the meadery, so we have the clash of ancient and modern at the same time.
The logo is going to be used in the mead bottles (mead is bottled in the same kind of bottles used for wine, using similar labels).
Logo will be used in website and all company publications (business cards, flyers, etc).
Ideally the logo will be a single color, so we can easily use it on rubber stamps and chops.
Once the meadery has mead ready to bottle we will also need wine label designs, so the designer that is selected for making this logo could be hired in the future, to help create wine bottle label graphics, based on the logo and consistent with corporate image.
