Brief de Design Facebook

I would like a FB cover photo for my FIS FB page https://www.facebook.com/Fit-Investment-Solutions-1066048553433690/. I currently have a photo, however, I am not happy with it. I now have a website and I would like the FB photo to align more to the first page of the website www.fitinvestmentsolutions.com

The main things I must have is the business logo and name. The padlock and 4 year rent guareetee. Also, the section from the home page 'We help minimise the risk' with the 4 logos (do not require the description under each logo as there will not be room)

Please see the home page of website. I do not want the page too crowded but require a very professional look.
