Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Dallas, Texas called RAINTEAM. We are a start up company providing products, services, and events designed to promote a healthy life and raise funds to combat companies that profit from making people sick. We need a logo design that can especially be used for an iPhone App but also T-shirts, workout clothes, website, and business cards. We really like the simple clean iPhone app icons of Pandora, Twitter, and Instagram. We think crisp one or two colors, with a subtle color gradient, and a unique recognizable silhouette works best.
