Brief de Design Publicitaire

Hi, I'm Masoud from Unity Productions, a video production business which I own. I am looking for a design of a one-page cheat sheet, which I'll explain in detail below.

Bit of background:
I am developing an on-line course for service-based small businesses, to use our unique video marketing system to increase more leads and grow their business. I have developed a cheat sheet, which is a one-page document (pdf), to introduce my services to my potential clients, which I am going to offer for free as a lead magnet to my course. The aim is to give potential client something that they can refer to quickly or to print and hang on wall.

I have written the text that should go in the cheat sheet, please refer to attached document. If you pick out any mistakes let me know, thanks ;)

What I'm looking for is to have a flashy and really attractive cheat sheet that clients would be proud to hang on the wall. This is where I need your talent and wonderful ideas

Instructions on submission (please take note):
1. First submit a rough idea/concept. Hand drawn or sketch is ok. If I reject your idea please don't be disappointed. I have some idea what I'm looking for but won't know what I like until I see a concept.
2. Submit no more than 2 designs per person. I would rather have quality concepts and designs than large quantity of average concepts.
3. Be creative, I'm open to new ideas :)
4. The design should contain some elements of video, especially video on the internet. eg: icons related to camera, recording, playing, youtube etc.
5. Ask if you're not sure, did I mention that? :)
6. Look at a sample image attached, that's the type of layout I'm looking for but not exatly that. The problem with the example is that it doesn't jump out at me, but I like it because it is easy to read and follow. And has video elements, even though they look fairly average :)
7. Note: The text is fairly large, so maybe in your design give room to include all the text but still doesn't seem overwhelming or is not cluttered. Maybe have A3 page size?? Needs to be easy to read but still attractive.
8. Please include my logo somewhere. PNG file attached
