Brief de Design de Logo

We need to design a logo for a pub to use on menus, posters, sinage and promotional flyers / emails. We are mainly a drinking, small plates and nibbles pub with a focus on craft beer. The design of the pub is very classic and cool, with exposed brick work, and the colour are diffrent shades of grey with splashes of colour brought in by accessories.
