Brief de Design Photoshop

CITI Recruitment needs a 3-5 psd templates to advertise 'hot' and available candidates we have on our database to be placed as a stauts update on Linkedin and other social media sites. The design needs to fit within standard square picture size for a Linkedin status update (500x500px).
The picture needs the job title of the person, 3-5 bullet points so we can highlight the attributes of the person, and at the bottom a Call To Action and contact details. In the background we should have our logo - but mainly an engaging picture - ideally one of a business female, one of a business male and 1-2 of a professional environment (business / it related). We should be able to update the text sections in the PSD ourselves for reuse - and maybe also update the main background picture. We don't want stock pictures. Our logo is below for use - it only needs to be small and not tae up the main picture which is really about highlighting an available candidate we have. We are a IT company so think hi-tech.
