Brief de Design Graphique

We need a logo design for a real estate team based in Charlotte NC. We provide real estate consultation for Buyers and Sellers. We believe in a high level of customer service and assisting our clients to make the right decision. We are a group of real estate professional Brokers licensed in NC and SC. Each team member has a niche specialty from first time home buyers, foreclosures, short sale, investments, lake homes, golf and resort communities to multi-million dollar luxury properties. We would like to see a design that will appeal to target clientele between the ages of 25-50 years old. Modern in style, simple but impressive, professional and has an IT factor. Using shades of black, red, gray, and/or white (does not have to have all the shades) would our preference. It should also look great with black and white when printed. The Team name J Arlegui Realty Group should also be part of the logo or abstract design using the first letters would be considered as well. We prefer not to have a house on the logo unless its subliminal effect.
