Brief de Design de Logo
Start with a logo design of a young property develop company based in Helsinki, Finland.
We are developing urban spaces into epic apartments. Our clients are the trendier crowd of the city. The design should be fresh and trendy, while very clean design.
Flat, clean design. Kick-ass urban, trendy. Not cheap. Must have character. Can have have a bit of a tongue in the cheek.

Hi All,
I have beenimpressed with the quality of most the designs and the payment has now beencommitted.
In order towin, you still need to push a bit further. I would like to see following:
-Experimentwith the word “EPIC” only
-Try using asimplified, stylish shape of a diamond on the logo. I would like to seesomething that mixes the volcom clothing brand identity with madebyblock look& feel.
-It would benice to have the Helsinki skyline (or part of it) that can be found here: http://sdrv.ms/1cXJ6aJNice to have, not compulsory.
-Keep thedesign flat and colors flat
-Preferredcolours: Grey, Brown, Pink, Orange, Light Blue, Green, White. “Flat” or Lightshades.
-Overall thewinning design needs to be streamlined and fairly minimalist. No need to use alot of decoration.
