Brief de Design de Logo

I sell substitute lesson plans for elementary school teachers. When teachers take a day off from work they have to leave substitute plans for the substitute teacher. This is a pain to do, especially while sick. Mostly I sell my downloadable lesson plans on the Teachers Pay Teachers website. I had a logo on my personal website that was designed a few years ago. The problem is that it isn't easy to use the image on my website on business cards or on my product pdf previews. I am looking for a more compact logo that can be added to my mailers, emails, products, etc. I like the current concept but need it redone (see attachment).

Requirements for logo: I want a cartoon teacher sitting at her teacher desk holding up a sign that says, "Help!". The idea is that the school teacher is sick and needs help as I provide complete sets of sick day lesson plans for teachers. On her desk should be teacher items like a red apple, pencils, gold stars (stickers), etc. It should look professional and clean. The current logo is a little weird as the eyes don't quite fit on her face as a good match. She should look distressed not happy. The company name needs to be on the logo.

• The desk should have teacher items like an apple, pencils, etc.
• Her hair should be down not up because if the logo is used as a small image hair that is up will make cartoon woman less feminine.
