Brief de Design de Logo

We are based in Singapore and need a Logo for our company called "Bondevalue"
We are in the wealth management space with our target market comprising of ultra rich retail investors, who invest in bonds.
We seek to bring transparency into this market and our logo should communicate financial safety, trust and the use of technology.
Colors: the Logo should look good on both light and dark backgrounds. we would like to see some use of blue and gold/ yellow in the design.
The animation character is Main feature of the logo, he is the actual advisor and we would like him to gain a lot of popularity. He should be intelligent, educated, tech savvy, trust worthy, robo advisor.
