Who/what is Scott Yager?

Scott Yager is me.....

I am a Residential Real Estate Agent licensed in the State of Florida. My Target Market for clients selling/buying homes are in Southeastern Florida along the coastal cities from Fort Lauderdale on the south end to Boca Raton on the northern end of my target market. It could also include international clients who want to purchase property in those areas as an investment or as a vacation getaway. I do NOT want to highlight much about my broker (Keller Williams) as I want people to identify with me and not Keller Williams. That way, should I choose to leave Keller Williams and work for another broker or become my own broker, It won't be readily apparent that I left one broker and joined another. I may also want to say something like:
The Yager Team
Southern Florida Coastal Properties

This would give me the option of being inclusive of several realtors, etc. as part of my team.

Of the 107 designs submitted, your's was definitely in the top 3. Right now, I've narrowed it down to two other designers asking for a few small tweaks.
I thought your design with the sun, waves, seagulls, etc. was very creative.
