Brief de Print Design

I need a beautifully designed certificate for my students who have successfully obtained my certification for Eyebrow Micropigmentation.

I have attached my sample certificate in InDesign format. This certificate is how I want the Certified Artist Certificate to read. My wording is extremely important for US Insurance reasons. I would like it to be in 11 x 17 inch format for USA printing.

I have also attached samples of certificates from other companies to give you an idea of how fancy I would like it to be. My company colors are pink and white, so I would like the dominant colors to be shades of pink and white. I like pink pastel combines with darker shades of pink and white. If the design calls for another color in addition to pink, that would also be great. I really like the colors in the Biotek Certificate.
