please clarify the scope of work as this is as contest / competition.
The designer prize suffices for 2-3 pages psd design with CSS coding only - no backend or ecommerce complex functionalities that you are demanding.
Please double the designer prize minimum if you need all this done as no good designer would complete this for low budget or tell you to increase the prize later on..

Are you telling me if you do the work, my website will have no functionality? Also, could you clarify what details you need for the scope of work and I will assure to answer every question as accurate as possible.

Note: I will discuss with management on costs and will reply as soon as I get an answer.

HTML,CSS & full ecommerce integration with functionality are 2 different works.
you can take the CSS & get ecommerce integrated later on as this is a contest else make the designer prize 1000 usd if you need all this done

Please consider revising the project cost if you are looking for a fully functional shopping cart website. We are interested in working on your project but your allocated budget is only good for a regular 3-4 page website and not one with shopping cart and payment gateway integrated.
