What is The Back Forty Market? It’s an indoor/outdoor Market with the feel of a vintage/village fair (like mini shops) with over 25 handpicked vendors. For example: They could be selling…Vintage, repurposed, chippy, rusty, faded, patina, furniture, antique, jewelry, Spring Décor, architectural, outdoor furnishing, garden art, handcrafted goods. The Setting again is indoor/outdoor. Outdoor is under covered tents. Indoor is in 2 pole sheds/barn. The surrounding around these tents and pole sheds are lots of woods and hay/corn fields. Truly out in the country.

Although I’m open to any and all creative ideas I would appreciate if you can keep to the “Vintage/Rustic” theme (this is important…vintage like – very important). I want potential customers to look at this postcard and say “this looks fun we should go” just based off your design. Your design should be “Spring” as well. This event is in the Spring time.
The only idea I have that I thought might be a good catch would be using a swing somehow in the design and perhaps saying something like…”Swing into Spring as your browse row after row of marvelous vintage and creative handmade goods from over 25 vendors.” (This could be put on the back of the postcard if needed. Keeping the front of the postcard simple and eye catching with the name of the event (The Back Forty Market) and the dates and address. THINK SPRING though when you are designing.
Again, I’m very open to all of your creative ideas and your vision you see based on my description. You do not need to use the “swing idea” if your creative brain takes you a different direction.
Other options I put in pictures to give you some ideas of what I liked. These again are just ideas. I am open to your creative ideas. I like old bikes, old windows, old barns, vintage trucks, rope swings, vintage suitcases...I even saw a beautiful big tree that would be great as a back drop and a vintage sofa under it....or a spring/garden vignette. Banners and Bunting is vintage like and acceptable if you want. I like old barns as well. Again the setting is in pole sheds with lots of woods and fields around. Hope this will get your creative juices flowing :). lol. I'm open to all your ideas. Thank you so much for helping me creative my postcard.
